Report an Issue

Project or content reports

Use the report action on the relevant project or profile whenever possible. Select the closest reason and explain what happened. Include the affected version, URL, screenshots, and any safe evidence.

Website bugs

Email support@enderhaven.com with:

• Page URL
• Time of the issue
• Device and browser
• Steps to reproduce
• Expected and actual result
• Screenshot and error reference, if available

Do not include passwords, session cookies, payment card details, API keys, or private files.

Payment issues

For failed, duplicated, pending, or incorrectly matched payments, provide the EnderHaven order reference and payment time. The team may compare the order with the payment provider's status before changing a license.

Security issues

Use the process on the Security Notice for vulnerabilities, exposed credentials, or suspected compromise.

Submitting a false or abusive report may result in account restrictions.
