Submitting a notice
Send a clear notice to legal@enderhaven.com containing:
- Your name and contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The exact EnderHaven URL and project material claimed to infringe
- An explanation of why the use is not authorized
- A good-faith statement that the information is accurate
- A statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder
- Your physical or electronic signature
Incomplete notices may require clarification before action is taken.
Review and action
EnderHaven may restrict access to reported material while reviewing a notice. We may contact the uploader, preserve records, request evidence, remove material, or restore it when appropriate.
Creator response
A creator who believes material was removed by mistake may send a response explaining their rights or authorization and providing supporting evidence. Restoration is not guaranteed and may depend on applicable law and the details of the dispute.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content may be suspended or terminated.
