Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account to browse projects?
No. Public projects and information pages can be viewed without an account. An account is required for purchases, saved collections, project likes, creator applications, and protected downloads.
How do I become a creator?
Create a member account, verify your email when required, open the creator application page, and submit accurate information about your work. An administrator reviews each application before project publishing tools are unlocked.
What is a Verified Creator?
A blue verification badge identifies a creator or community that has completed the platform's additional review process. Eligibility may be unlocked by project download milestones, but the creator must still apply and receive administrator approval.
What paid plans are available?
Creators may offer one-year, two-year, and lifetime access. The exact price and included release channels are shown before checkout.
What happens when a time-limited license expires?
The result depends on the project's license model. Some projects require an active license for every download. Others allow downloads of versions released before the license expiry date but require renewal for later versions.
Where can I see my purchases?
Open Member → Purchase Library. It shows the project, selected plan, order reference, purchase date, expiry date, license status, and available downloads.
Can I share a paid download link?
No. Paid files are protected and access is checked against the purchasing account. Sharing files, accounts, or temporary links may result in license suspension.
Can I request a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the refund period, download count, payment status, product circumstances, and applicable law. Read the Refund Policy before purchasing.
Does a verification badge guarantee a project is safe?
No badge is an absolute guarantee. Always read the project description, permissions, dependencies, changelog, and installation instructions. Report anything suspicious.
